GoogleI recently sold my late mum’s property through this estate agency, and from the very first call the team were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and helpful. Although everyone I dealt with was professional and welcoming, Kate was my main point of contact and she was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Given the sensitive nature of the sale, Kate handled everything with genuine care and understanding. She kept me fully informed at every stage, always taking the time to explain anything I didn’t understand and guiding me through each step with patience and clarity. Phone calls were always returned promptly, and I never once felt left in the dark. The sale has now completed, marking the end of a very emotional chapter for me. I don’t think Kate realises just how reassuring and supportive she has been during such a difficult time, and I’m truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism she showed. A huge thank you to the whole team for their help, and an extra special thank you to Kate for going above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

GoogleWe experienced extremely poor communication with a very unprofessional and rude attitude from the Barton Branch, I certainly wouldn't use them again!

GoogleHad the best experience so far with JLL. Charlie has helped me find my dream flat. He is so kind and had a genuine interest to make sure me and my partner found what we needed. I had an urgent leak under my kitchen sink, and Hannah Davis was incredibly helpful. She arranged a repair immediately, and the engineer arrived within an hour and fixed everything quickly. Really grateful for the fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.
