GoogleWe’ve had a great experience with JLL Greenwich. Keely, our property manager, is always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we have an issue with our flat. She’s efficient, friendly, and reliable, which makes such a difference. After experiences with much slower and less responsive property managers in the past, I’m really glad we have her as our property manager.

GoogleNo words how fast my housing situation was sorted out . MANN is agency with very fast help me found accommodation for my criteria. I live under UC and was so hard found acomudation walking from agency to agency . But with MANN was resolved in week time . Thanks Jazmyn Dennis for all your kind support and communication. I rented this apartment for a two-month stay. It was a disappointment. Throughout the stay, there were consistent delays in resolving basic matters. Requests often went unanswered and required multiple follow-ups. You should be warned that there is construction in the building next door. The agency and landlord did not disclose this. Most concerningly, despite having departed the apartment months ago and received a report from them that everything was left in great condition, we have still not received the security deposit. It seems that their delays may not have just been bad service but rather bad faith.

George Lamb conducted the assessment and delivered comprehensive market insights, including current rental values, demand levels, and detailed comparable properties that had recently let in the area. His transparent approach and clear explanation of expected rental income gave me confidence in moving forward. Based on JLL's valuation, we proceeded to market the property. Amelia Hoskin quickly identified a tenant who matched our criteria perfectly. The entire process was streamlined and professional from start to finish, with the final agreed rent matching the guide in price George had recommended in his initial assessment. The service demonstrated strong market knowledge, efficient execution, and clear communication throughout, resulting in a successful letting that met both our timeline and financial expectations.

My first apartment renting experience in the UK and had to say from the very start (viewing, moving in and checkout) the process with JLL has been super smooth. The entire team was also very responsive for any queries I had over the email and one time when I had an emergency, they followed in timely manner to resolve it. Special shoutout to Alexandra Imray who helped me throughout during my final checkout process. They were super responsive, clarified any of my questions, connected me to the cleaning agency as well and helped me move out easily even when I was not in the UK.
