GoogleWe’ve had a great experience with JLL Greenwich. Keely, our property manager, is always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we have an issue with our flat. She’s efficient, friendly, and reliable, which makes such a difference. After experiences with much slower and less responsive property managers in the past, I’m really glad we have her as our property manager.

GoogleWe recently rented a flat through JLL, guided expertly by Dovile and Bruna. The whole process was extremely smooth - any questions we had were answered quickly and with detail. The team were happy to go and view the property ahead of the move in date to provide information on queries we had - a true 5 star service! The property is largely problem free, however any issues we’ve had have been dealt with expertly by Keely our Property Manager - greatly appreciate how efficiently issues have been dealt with. Having previously rented with a different agency, the team at JLL are head and shoulders above and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

GoogleWe had a great experience setting up the tenancy, but as tenants the management of the flat has been upsetting so far. No reply to our emails, broken washing machine not being repaired, and more. In fact, the company is in legal breach of contract... I wouldn't recommend it neither as tenant or landlord. It strike me as a company that took up too many flats to manage for their capacity. Furthermore, they did not communicate the costs for hot water for the building prior to the tenancy, which in my opinion is a deceptive practice.

GoogleIt has been a pleasant experience with JLL who helped me to find an accommodation that suits my requirement. Ayesha was patient in answering all my queries. Indra then took over and along with Ayesha helping in every step of the verification process. The keys got handed over exactly at the same time mentioned in the email. Paige then helped in guiding completing all the required registrations. I am well settled now and thanks JLL team.

Very responsive, professional and so helpful whilst always focused on the best outcome for both parties, aiming to support communication. After years of experience renting in London (and having worked with several realtors) Adnan set a new bar of expectations in the future. If we ever sell our home he'll be the first one I call.

GoogleA horrible experience for the whole year that I was a Tennant. Extremely slow to do repairs. Very pro-landlord, and anti-tenant. I once did not have hot water for a whole month, and they didn't do much except keep following up with the landlord who was happily taking advantage. They should have rules for emergency problems but they didn't. They didn't fix my flush issue for two weeks - get this - it was not working THE DAY I MOVED IN. So they clearly had not done a due diligence that was very diligent. Exploitative! So, yeah, try not to take your tenancy from them. There were some nice staff members who tried to help but I think the whole ethos of the company overpowers what one or two staff members can do.

My property manager is Paige and my experience has been great. She is always ready to help and quick to support and solve any problems. I’ve recently had a few issues related to heating and plumbing in the house and Paige has always been very efficient to communicate between me and the landlord and getting the issues solved.
