GoogleWe had a great experience setting up the tenancy, but as tenants the management of the flat has been upsetting so far. No reply to our emails, broken washing machine not being repaired, and more. In fact, the company is in legal breach of contract... I wouldn't recommend it neither as tenant or landlord. It strike me as a company that took up too many flats to manage for their capacity. Furthermore, they did not communicate the costs for hot water for the building prior to the tenancy, which in my opinion is a deceptive practice.

GoogleWe recently rented a flat through JLL, guided expertly by Dovile and Bruna. The whole process was extremely smooth - any questions we had were answered quickly and with detail. The team were happy to go and view the property ahead of the move in date to provide information on queries we had - a true 5 star service! The property is largely problem free, however any issues we’ve had have been dealt with expertly by Keely our Property Manager - greatly appreciate how efficiently issues have been dealt with. Having previously rented with a different agency, the team at JLL are head and shoulders above and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

They were professional, efficient, and genuinely warm and approachable which made what can be a stressful process feel entirely manageable. A very special thank you goes to Michael, who introduced us to our dream home and kept everything progressing at every stage. Michael was always on hand to answer our questions, offer reassurance, and ensure nothing stalled. Like many people, we found our new home before our own property was even on the market but Michael sold ours in under a week, which truly knocked our socks off! We felt supported throughout the entire way and couldn’t be more grateful. We’ve already recommended the team to so many people locally and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you for making such a significant life event such a positive and memorable experience for our family.

GoogleI am a FTB and I just exchanged on the property I put an offer to that was handled by JLL Greenwich. My EA was Michael Chu who is an excellent professional. It was a bumpy ride mostly due to solicitors being slow. Michael was excellent at helping me navigate difficult situations related to getting answers on survey findings arranging viewings as well as chasing the sellers solicitors for answers we were eagerly waiting for. Buying a flat/house is an inherently stressful process but Michael and JLL were amazing at making it smooth and trustworthy. If/when I go through this process again I am sure I will choose Michael to help me out!
