TrustpilotOverall, my experience has been negative due to unprofessional communication and repeated reluctance to take responsibility for necessary repairs.
I am currently renting under contract JLL apartment, and my experience has been somewhat disappointing. Whenever issues come up that need fixing, Lily Yang is often unwilling to arrange a worker, even though my requests apply to landlord responsibility repairs. Communication is also very unprofessional for example, she said to me: “It is renting apartment, not hotel. Pls see the tenant responsibility in the tenancy agreement.”
