GoogleJLL Greenwich managed our renal flat and also handled the sale of it. From the property management side, Keely was quite efficient compared to the last management company we used. She was responsive and took care of things. But she it did usually take her a few days to return emails. I assume there were just too many properties to handle. As for the sale side, Michael and Sam were quick to take action to find alternate buyer when the first buyer fell through. I wish they could have recognized sooner the first buyer was stalling. Also, I wish the transition of the renter into the buyer could have been done more seamlessly so that there had been no loss of rental income. The renter could have stayed renting while buying the flat. A few loss opportunities but the overall process was satisfactory.

TrustpilotOverall, my experience has been negative due to unprofessional communication and repeated reluctance to take responsibility for necessary repairs.
I am currently renting under contract JLL apartment, and my experience has been somewhat disappointing. Whenever issues come up that need fixing, Lily Yang is often unwilling to arrange a worker, even though my requests apply to landlord responsibility repairs. Communication is also very unprofessional for example, she said to me: “It is renting apartment, not hotel. Pls see the tenant responsibility in the tenancy agreement.”
