GoogleAny issues with the flat has been in the safe hands of Property Manager, Suth Lucian Canbert. There was an ongoing problem with the flat's utility meter and Suth persisted to resolve it and kept me updated throughout the process.

GoogleFolks I've interacted with at JLL have been really responsive and helpful. In particular, my experiences working with Suth, the property manager for the unit I'm renting, have been extremely positive and I really appreciate his going the extra mile to assist me :)

GoogleLiam and Jack did a superb job selling my property in Stratford. Jack took the time to explain everything in detail when he valued my property - walking me through his thought process when arriving at a valuation. When Liam took over the sales process he had a fantastic list of perspective clients to call upon and as a result found a buyer prior to going to market. Throughout the sales process, Liam was fully engaged and kept me updated at every stage. He was easy to get hold off and responded quickly to questions. Fantastic service and would use this team again.

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with JLL and Rosie Lynam as a Property Manager. All my questions and requests during my tenancy (and afterward) were resolved by Rosie quickly and professionally. Premium quality service: viewings, communication, property management, end of tenancy period. Never had any problems.

GoogleWe (my wife and I) live in Hong Kong. We do depend on the team to manage our apartment for us. Robert, Rosie and Laura are always helpful, responsive and to provide solutions to issues. They took less than one week to find the tenant for us. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have had a smooth and excellent experience. Dealing with JLL gave me back the trust in estate agencies and agents. It was a well managed experience all the way through. Rosie first and Laura next have been efficient, attentive to details and well organised to make everything smooth and easy. I would definitely use JLL again.
