GoogleWe recently purchased a house through JLL, liaising with Charlotte. The process was very efficient and friendly from start to finish. We worked with Charlotte from the first viewing and throughout the conveyancing process. She gave us regular updates and followed up on all our questions.

GoogleTogether with my partner we visited this agency with the idea of ??renting the flat(30.03). One agent lady with no European beauty tryed to hypnotized with her eyes my boyfriend, playing with her hair, almost lying on the desk (the chewing gum was missing) occasionally looked at me. My partner felt uncomfortable immediately found the excuse that he works to do not have a viewing with her. I was in shock because of her unpalatable behavior.

GoogleIsobel and the team at JLL were absolutely fantastic in helping us find our new home. Having dealt with some horrific reals estate agents in London over the years, Isobel and her colleagues went out of their way to ensure the smoothest possible process, met us multiple times to re-view the property (even on short notice), punctually responded to emails and were exceptionally upfront about charges. I'd highly recommend contacting Isobel if you're looking to rent in or around Greenwich.

Rosie and Lily at JLL Finsbury Park were friendly, professional and very responsive from start to finish, and always went out of their way to make sure our questions were answered quickly and fully. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. This JLL branch and its staff is a hidden gem in the real state industry.

Recently rented out my property with JLL, having previously purchased the same property two years prior and found them to have exceptional service at that time. Suffice to say I was incredibly pleased to see standards haven’t dropped in those two years and the service is still incredible. I was well informed and notified at every step in the process. They were knowledgable about the area and always happy to answer any questions I had both via email and telephone. Can’t thank Charlotte and Kiko enough for bringing everything together at incredibly short notice and getting my tenancy over the line with two incredible tenants. Very very pleased and can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleLucian was great. I rented a flat through JLL in Stratford and had some issues with the blinds. Lucian was extremely helpful and took care of liaising with the contractors and the property developer. He was able to find the most efficient solution in a very quick timeframe: I highly recommend him.
