GoogleLiving so many years in the UK and found the JLL estate agency is the first agency I feel comfortable with. Very responsive, polite and friendly personnel. Professionalism is the highlight of the JLL. My experience has been none other than a pleasure. Any issues have been sorted very fast and effectively. GoogleProfessionalism and efficiency are the hallmarks at JLL Canary Wharf. My experience over the last 6 years has been none other than a pleasure. Issues are dealt with effectively and swiftly. Special mention to Sophie Webb who I’ve dealt with for the last 6 years. Sophie has patiently and efficiently dealt with my calls and queries and has proven to be a real asset to JLL.

GoogleAlthough initially pretty straightforward renting experience, the first mishap was needing to come in and visit JLL in person to show my passport TWICE because they messed up taking a copy the first time. (Of course this is during working hours only.) More seriously, when the window in our flat spontaneously exploded, JLL has been very slow in coordinating with insurance to get it repaired. We have had to wait for more than 3 months and the window is still broken, with no signs of any progress! Whenever we try to contact them, the relevant person is invariably on leave. 1 star.

GoogleI have been very impressed with Harry Martin at JLL City Office who just sold our studio apartment in Moorgate. I had actually taken the apartment off the market and decided to continue renting it for a few years to let the market pick up. He had taken the time to build up rapport and trust in the preceding few months. When he had a potential investment buyer he contacted me proactively and persuaded me to sell; I was delighted with the offer he was able to broker. It is refreshing to work with an agent who will look outside the box, be proactive and build a relationship rather than act in a purely short -termistic manner. In this tough property market this is the sort of agent we need. Harry was efficient and professional through out the process. Many thanks to JLL and to Harry!

GoogleLucian was great. I rented a flat through JLL in Stratford and had some issues with the blinds. Lucian was extremely helpful and took care of liaising with the contractors and the property developer. He was able to find the most efficient solution in a very quick timeframe: I highly recommend him.

GoogleJLL has recently taken over our property as the estate agent and we are very very happy with the service and communications so far! We have been in the property for over a year now had had issues with the previous property managers but JLL have been fantastic and have sorted out issues for us straight away. Lucian, our property manager has been excellent and very easy to communicate with, responding promptly to all of our emails and ensuring we are happy with the service!

GoogleSuth Lucian Canbert is my Property Manager and even though it's early days, he has provided an excellent service so far. As my husband put it, he is the hamster that keeps the wheel turning! He has been extremely proactive in minimising teething issues and providing updates. We will be travelling overseas knowing that the management of the apartment is in good hands, thank you!

GoogleI recently had dealings with Michael Harvey from JLL and can’t recommend him more highly. I was new to the UK market and understood little of the processes and pro’s and con’s of purchasing a property. Michael was very helpful (and patient) with all my questions and queries and provided very timely responses. I was impressed the way Michael had my best interests at heart but also of his client, the seller. Through Michael's understanding of my requirements he was able (at the last minute) to provide an opportunity to purchase my desired property, which I now gleefully own. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend Michael to anyone and I would not hesitate to use him again. Thank Michael!!!
