GoogleJamie, Spencer and the team were fantastic in acquiring our recent investment purchase in West Hampstead. It was a tricky sale which involved lots of hurdles we had to overcome. We will also be using the rental department at Paramount to look after our new asset. GoogleKate at DDM Barton dealt with the sale of my late Mother's house. It was a very emotional time as it was the house I was born in and grew up in so had some fantastic memories. Kate was professional, sympathetic and above all kind and caring. She made what was an incredibly difficult time, much much easier. I cannot recommend Kate enough. A lovely lady who really cares and is thoughtful and considerate. Would not hesitate to use her services again.

Had a really good and efficient experience with JLL, especially Enoch who managed our tenancy. moving out can usually be a stressful process, but everything was handled clearly and efficiently from start to finish. Communication with Enoch was consistent - he was ON IT haha Enoch was really helpful in guiding us through the check-out process, coordinating things like the cleaning and making sure everything was aligned for the inventory. The deposit return was also handled promptly once everything was resolved, which we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and professional experience -thanks again for the support. Would happily move with JLL again

GoogleI have only had positive interactions with all the agents throughout my time with Paramount; issues with the property were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, paperwork and documentation was sorted professionally and agents were incredibly supportive when dealing with a difficult flatmate. There is nothing I feel they could have done better to make the experience any smoother as an agency - could recommend them enough (in particular Harry and Chris) thank you!!
