GoogleI usually donβt trust estate agents too much, but I must say that my interaction with Siobhan and Joanna has been very positive. I was interested in renting a studio but was not able to view the place as I was abroad at the time. They were very helpful, efficient, and honest. There have been no bad surprises upon moving in and I can only recommend them.

GoogleI had such a lovely experience working with Charlie Jeffery. He was always kind, responsive and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. He made everything feel easy by helping with all the paperwork and guiding me every step of the way. In the end he found me a beautiful apartment that I absolutely love. GoogleI have been dealing with Paramount for over 20 years now having rented properties managed by Paramount, rented my properties through Paramount and more recently, selling an investment property. Spencer and more recently Alessandro have been excellent in managing my properties. Alessandro was responsive and very knowledgeable. A fantastic person to have on the team. We also recently completed on the sale of a property with the help of Adam and Jamie. The sale process was smooth and we are particularly grateful for Jamieβs efforts in ensuring that the sale completed on time. Jamie was very responsive and effective in managing the sale process. I will be continuing to work with the Paramount team. Thanks everyone!

I am a first-time buyer who purchased a property at the Upper East development in Bromley-by-Bow, handled by JLL's sales team. The initial experience was positive, the agents were friendly, approachable, and appeared knowledgeable. However, as the process progressed, the level of service deteriorated significantly. Most concerningly, I was repeatedly assured by one of the sales agents that I would automatically receive a 5% Deposit Boost as a first-time buyer. This was presented as a standard entitlement, not a negotiable incentive. I made important financial decisions based on this information, only to discover near the completion date that this was not the case. On top of this, the information provided changed from one phone call to the next, with no consistency or clarity. The tone of communications also shifted, what started as helpful and professional became dismissive and, at times, rude. When I tried to raise a formal complaint, I asked multiple members of the team for a complaints email address on several occasions over the course of two weeks. Each time, I was told they didn't have one and would find out, but I never heard back. I had to track down the contact details myself. I would urge any first-time buyer to get every assurance in writing before signing anything. Do not rely on verbal promises, no matter how confidently they are made.
