Very biased towards the landlord. Tenants please avoid if you want your deposit back as they would report issues at checkout that would be there at checkin. Last week I received an end of tenancy report which state issues which were present when my tenancy started. Since I've been taken advantage of many a times by rogue estate agents and I've learned my lesson so I made detailed recordings of the property at the start & end of the tenancy where I cover each and every inch of the property. I just emailed them one of the video and took screenshots from other videos that show that the issues were there beforehand. I did email Amy earlier that these were present at checkin but instead of checking the records she is going ahead to get repair quotes & ask for deductions from my deposit. I will leave as many negative reviews as I can! even register www. avoid-johndwood. com so innocent people can avoid getting ripped off.

It was a pleasure to work with JLL and Keelie Field recently for our tenancy in Putney. We have experienced amazing service, tailored to our needs. We have only seen modern flats, appointments were booked in convenient times and house move has been an enjoyable experience. JLL are closely looking after us in our new apartment after we moved in. I found an excellent flat through JLL Stratford. I would like to especially thank Kiko Panadero and Liga Pare. They were very helpful during the whole renting process! They answered all the questions, clarified all my concerns. They found a flat that suits my preferences perfectly and helped to sign the Tenancy Agreement and move in 1 week. I would highly recommend JLL Stratford!!!

They are kind, responsive, friendly and ALWAYS make me feel that they have my best interest at heart.
