GoogleI enquired about a property and arranged a video call viewing as I am not in the country. No one called my phone, so I followed up and called the company back to confirm the appointment. The young man on the phone said he would speak to his colleague about it and call me back. He never did. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service and it's a shame because I was very interested in a particular property.

GoogleWe rented a property on Trafalgar Road through JLL in Greenwich - fantastic experience from start to finish. A real change to all other letting agents we have had in London. Isobel showed us multiple flats and it felt like she truly knew the flats and the locations well - not just winging it. Bruna handled the admin side and was quick and clear. GoogleDec 3rd 2018- Recently JLL have become my new property management company - the rental process was very simple, easy and painless & I’ve been in regular contact with my property agent - she’s answered all questions promptly & efficently, all things you’d want during the stressful time of renting. August 2019- Very difficult tenancy agency to work with when experiencing issues with our rental. Despite a glowing review for their sales team in securing our home, their tenancy care team has been rude, unhelpful and does not deliver in resolving complaints within a suitable amount of time.

GoogleSelling a property is never easy but especially not during one of the worst markets in recent years. JLL were great from the start - they valued our property in line with the other agents we were looking at and offered us flexible rates and competitive terms which is why we went with them. I didn't gel with the first agent JLL assigned to the property but as soon as Charlotte took it over I knew that we had the right agent - Charlotte worked extremely hard to get us the right viewings and always came back with timely feedback which really helped with my nerves! Unfortunately due to the market we had to reduce the property price however this helped to open it up to a load more potential buyers and this meant we were able to get an offer. Our first offer was way off the mark but Charlotte worked with the buyer to increase it to an acceptable level. We then had a difficult and long 7 month period between offer acceptance and exchange in which anyone could have pulled out but Charlotte kept in regular communication and helped to keep the sale progressing. We exchanged with our buyer yesterday despite all of the doom and gloom in the markets and we're really happy with the service we received from JLL - and particularly Charlotte - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
