GoogleVery helpful, I had to move in from another country and Indra and Jennifer were amazing. They helped me with paperwork and procedures to make sure by the time I got to London all I had to do was ask for the keys, and that is exactly what happened.

It is very difficult to contact your property manager - emails are not answered, calls not picked up, when calling the office no one from the management team is available. Some of the fixes we asked from landlord and that were listed in our TA are not fulfilled 4 months in.
