I've lost count the number of times I have asked to view a property and not received a response from them. You chase and chase again and then get a response. Can I book in to view it, you ask. No reply. Chase again. No reply. Then a reply. So when can I book in to view it please? No response...And it continues. It's a serious waste of time for everyone involved. If the property is not available, say so. If it is, it doesn't seem like they want to rent them out as we've been trying for a couple of weeks to view several places and haven't even managed to book a time in yet. Would try to avoid as much as possible if I could as I have no confidence that the process would go smoothly even if they did respond to my messages. Weird thing is, the person I was speaking to seemed very nice, friendly and helpful. Such a shame for the landlord who owns the property and us a potential tenants.

I’ve had a really excellent experience with Michael Harvey from JLL sales. He was able to assist me with a quick sale of my property. Michael showed real professionalism when my original sale was impacted by the covid19 situation and found me another buyer very quickly which is much appreciated.

I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Great Stewardship for JLL.

Terrible agents

Terrible agents, a bunch of kids who do not know what they’re doing. Awful at keeping you updated on the progress and very disorganised. You have to chase them and only to find out that something hasn’t been done or done too late thus you ending up missing out on the property! What a waste of time

We were very happy with the Caernarfon team. They always got straight back to us and made us feel as though we were their only customer. After the sale they kept mail for the previous owner month after month because they didn’t want to give a forwarding address. An exceptional estate agent.
