The tenants that JDW found for me in 2019 decided to leave after one year, disappointingly, but JDW (Trinity Road branch, SW18) found two people who appear to be excellent replacements, with only a 10-day void. The necessary arrangements were all made in a professional manner. I'd particularly like to single out Shoeni Oates for the excellent service and advice I've received as an inexperienced landlord.

GoogleJLL are very professional and helped me achieve the target date of moving into the new apartment. They are very helpful and just a phone call away. Even post moving to the apartment, they assign a staff who can help you for any thing that you may require. All their staff are helpful and deal very professionally. I wish they expand around the world so I can deal with them in all countries :).

GoogleI was looking for an apartment from overseas and have had a great experience with Hayley and the team at JLL. As I was not in London to see the property Hayley provided me with all of the information I needed, including pictures and videos. She also represented me with the landlord and assisted me with any questions and requests I had until my move in date. Hayley was friendly and professional and it was a pleasure working with her and the entire team at JLL.

GoogleAs an overseas client with little understanding of the London market, Hayley and the JLL team were exceptionally helpful and timely in answering all my questions and queries. They gave me all the information I asked for, helped liaise with the landlord, and kept me updated with the status of my property search. Even after moving in, small problems with my flat were attended to in a time and professional manner. I would highly recommend the JLL team for anybody from overseas looking for a new home in London.

GoogleLiam Bartlett (JLL Canary Wharf) was the agent who assisted the sale of my property. Having been through this process a few times, I can honestly say it was an extremely smooth experience. Liam went above and beyond when it came to communication (which included being responsive late evenings and even whilst on holiday when not expected to). I felt Liam had my best interests at heart and always ensured things kept moving in the right direction. Coming from the hospitality industry, it takes a lot for service to be recognised and Liam’s approach certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Couldn’t recommend JLL enough. I have already passed their details on to a few interested parties!

GoogleI've been using houseman properties for the last 5years to rent my flat. They have always found tenants within a week of the last tenants leaving. Whenever there have been issues they have dealt with them quickly n effectively. Thanks for the great service I'll be using houseman properties for many years to come.

GoogleI have sold and bought twice with the DDM team in Barton and cannot fault them. Moving house is a stressful time and they take all the pressure off you and deal with everything efficiently. They are very friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Can’t recommend them enough
