GoogleThe staff were extremely unprofessional. My toilet was not fixed for 6 months of my tenancy. They told me once we will not replace the molding curtains because with the molding curtains they can find another tenant. I feel sorry to who ever has to deal with such unprofessionalism and horrible staff and I also feel for the landlords for trusting them to manage their properties. I reported the leak 2 years ago it was not fixed and not they blame me for not allowing them to enter which is a lie because I have the text message to prove that I did not mind. They ignored the leak for 2 years and waited for my tenancy to end to fix it with my deposit. From the bottom of my heart shame on you JLL for employing such negligent and unprofessional staff.

GoogleToured 12 Sherwood Street a few months back with my husband. George was nice, but the receptionist at both JLL and 12 Sherwood Street were short, curt, and rude. In particular, the reception at 12 Sherwood Street asked my husband how he could, “live with a wife like that” after I asked if the doors automatically open for residents in wheelchairs/walkers. Lost a sale and would not recommend.
