JLL, in particular Joanna Chamiola Phillips and Keelie Field, provided an excellent service in securing of a tenant. They were very customer focused in keeping me well informed and notified at every step in the process and always responded to any questions that I had, via email and WhatsApp. They were incredibly professional in bringing everything together in incredibly short period of time, and suffice to say, I cannot thank them enough for their time and service.

GoogleMichael provided with a first class professional service. From taking the instructions he kept us fully informed with the progress of the viewings and kept going until we achieved the sale. The actual sale proved quite difficult due to various issues but Michael kept up communication and informing us of what the buyer was doing. I believe we must have tested his patience at times but he was courteous and responsive at all times. I would highly recommend JLL and Michael if you want to sell your property.

GoogleIn the past 14 months I've been hunting for my first dream home. I can not describe how many agents and agencies I faced and spoke with. Some of the big agencies even shame to name or describe their work. I want to say that this agency and one agent in particular @Michael Chu is incredibly professional from top till bottom. Quick for response, pushing through and does not do an extra mile but extra 10,000 miles for his clients and really makes this experience extremely pleasant. I honestly can not think of a single agency who is delivering such service and consistency. If I will be selling my house I will definitely follow this guy or this agency as people working with him were extremely professional and kept their word. Thank you @Michael Chu and his team.

GoogleWe have used JLL in Greenwich twice now - once to buy our first house and then four happy years later selling it as we move to our next home. Graham was great throughout and made sure that everything was taken care of - including lining up Eduard Diac to manage the day-to-day sale for us. Ed was nothing short of brilliant. He really cares about looking after his clients and giving them a huge amount of support, guidance and professional advice. He really took the stress out of the situation and his enthusiasm and professionalism made him a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ed and the team and are hugely grateful for everything they’ve done for us. Thanks again Ed, Graham, and the rest of the team - you’ve made a potentially very stressful process feel straightforward and under control throughout.
