GoogleWe worked with Michael from JLL to try to secure a rental property over the holidays. He went above and beyond negotiating with the landlord on our behalf for pet friendliness and furnishings, but in the end we were unable to move forward with this property. He was amazingly helpful and responsive, despite the difficulty of working during the Christmas season and the slow and inconsistent replies he was getting from the landlord. Great service from JLL.

We were new to the city and our agent, Michael, helped us find the perfect flat and then went above and beyond to offer advice and help during the moving process. All of the staff we dealt with have been, and continue to be, extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

GoogleI’ve had a really excellent experience with Michael Harvey from JLL sales. He was able to assist me with a quick sale of my property. Michael showed real professionalism when my original sale was impacted by the covid19 situation and found me another buyer very quickly which is much appreciated.

GoogleI am absolutely delighted with the whole JLL experience. I was able to rent out my apt in 3 weeks after taking possession despite that I am not able to be in London due to Covid. The team work at JLL was excellent including the walk through and the arrangements to get the furniture moved in and the viewing. I was seamlessly looked after by everyone in the team. I would recommend anyone who wants to rent out a flat painlessly in Covid times to use JLL’s services! Thank you guys! Jennifer Leung with thanks
