Every dealing with them was warm and professional, and they were willing to take time time to understand our needs and help us through each step of the process, both in buying and selling. A special mention for Jacqui as many of our dealings were with her and she was brilliant. Despite a very busy time coming out of lockdown, every correspondence was prompt and professional, and with a kind human touch. We would 100% recommend Frost's.

GoogleThe team at Frosts in Chesham were fantastic. We were really impressed with the service we received - from a realistic valuation and marketing of our property, their enthusiasm during viewings and support during the sale process. Gemma Testa, in particular, was brilliant. She was reassuring every step of the way, gave thoughtful advice and always had a positive attitude. It wasn’t an easy time to sell. In spite of Brexit, a general election and an international pandemic, Frosts achieved a good, fair value for our home. I would highly recommend choosing Frosts.

GoogleWe bought our house via Frosts and would sell again via them (not for a while hopefully!) as they were a delight to deal with. As with all house transactions, things generally get tight and tense toward the end and they stuck with us, re-assured us when we needed it and did plenty of chasing-up to successfully complete on a fragile chain - Top marks and sensitively done! Use them !! I won't single anyone out as they were all great ! Thanks so much.

GoogleAfter 2 frustrating and failed attempts with other local agents, we successfully sold our property in Chesham. No small thanks should go to Gemma and the team in Chesham for getting this done. The difference in service was noticeable and while house buying and selling is stressful Frost's did everything to ensure ours went as smoothly as possible. Would certainly recommend.

GoogleFrosts were very understanding and considerate and patient in how they handled the sale of my property. Especially credit should go to Gemma Testa, who comes highly recommended. Gemma is both responsive to email and correspondence, but also any issues relating to a property.

GoogleFrost was the agents for the people I was buying from, and they, especially Gemma Testa, were very good at answering my questions when there was a delay (nothing to do with agents or vendors) and keeping me informed. She was very friendly and upbeat. If I were to sell the house now (heaven forbid, once a decade is more than frequent enough given our archaic system) I would use Frosts as my agent, and would recommend them to others.

RUN AWAY FROM THEM!I have lived in many flats in London and never have I experienced such a terrible process. First of all, we wrote down a formal offer with 1 only requirement. After our offer was accepted and we payed one week worth of rent to secure the place, they tell us that specific requirement cannot be met. They took almost 3 weeks to make the landlord sign our contract, and it was voided TWICE so we had to re-sign the contract 3 times in total as they kept adding clauses to it. During the move in, we realise the flat had not been cleaned (and the contract stated everything had to be professionally cleaned, even curtains and sofas.....) but the flat was in an appalling state really. We asked for it to be cleaned again and we are still waiting..... Not to say that we are still waiting for the landlord to pay the inventory. The people in this agency are very rude and will treat you bad. One advice, never use this agency!!!
