GoogleJust wanted to thank Danny for all the help and time he gave my wife and I. Unfortunately the stars didn't align for us this time as we found somewhere with another agent that was a little more suitable for us. GoogleI cannot emphasis enough how disappointed I am with the mortgage consultant who I have been corresponding with. The offer I proposed was NEVER passed on to the vendors after 2 weeks worth of emails exchange. As a result, this particular property was sold, but never informed about this. Absolutely appalling and inadmissible conduct.

GoogleI cannot thank the lovely Rafaela Kyriakidou enough for finding me and my friend an amazing flat and for making this experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. She is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and she definitely knows how to get the job done. Very impressed with how smooth this process has been despite the difficulties caused by Covid-19. This has been by far the best experience I've had so far with any letting agency in Canterbury! GoogleThank you to the staff at Mann in Canterbury. I’ve recently bought a house in the St Dunstan’s area of Canterbury which I’m really happy about. Considering the purchase was taking place during the lockdown restrictions and with Christmas fast approaching, I was amazed how quickly and smoothly it went, everybody worked together to get the purchase/sale done as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Nikitia, Felicity and Laura were my main points of contact and kept great communications with myself, the solicitors and the seller to make sure we were all on the same page. Thank you all very much. A big thank you to Felicity and Beth at Mann Countrywide Canterbury for all their dedication, hard work and patience in taking my house from sale to completion and securing my onward purchase in just four months! I was very impressed at how swift and orgainsed Mann were in getting my house on the market and achieving offers as well as helping me to find somewhere to lovely buy. The team were all so friendly and always ready to help. I would happily use them again and recommend Mann Countrywide to friends and family.

GoogleI worked with Alasdair Gordon from the Chelsea branch to find my dream apartment. Alastair was incredibly helpful and showed me a property that I fell in love with and really made it happen for me to move in. Alasdair was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter what time of day and was so accommodating with my busy schedule. I was extremely impressed with the whole service right up until signing the tenancy agreement - all so efficient, swift and professional. I was actually dreading having to find a new property but JLL really made it a special experience. Thank you all!

GoogleWe listed with JLL as one of multiple agents, they did a great job despite the property being in disrepair and I'm sure the price we received was in large part down to the hard work of Muslim.
