GoogleWe turn at the office and are told we need to make an appointment (they won't open the door - need to phone to discuss this). Make an appointment for 4 days later, turn up and claim that they hadn't confirmed it. No apology. Appalling service.

GoogleI used JLL when buying my first property and they really helped from finding the right flat to getting to completion. Adam was friendly and responsive, he provided a lot of information throughout the legal process and was instrumental in getting to completion on time. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAs a buyer through the lock down I've needed to keep calm. Rosie definitely helped, and was good about chasing solicitors, managing agents, etc, when it came to the crunch.

GoogleAdam Tindides was taking care of us for both the sale and the purchase and he did a tremendous job! Adam was always very helpful and proactive in each single step of the process despite a challenging experience due to our solicitors. His professionalism and knowledge are excellent, I highly recommend.

Terrible experience - arrogant, dishonest and just awful estate agents. They give the industry a bad name. I would go out of my way to avoid dealing with them in the future.
