GoogleReally good experience with JLL. Had a flat viewing on a Saturday and put the deposit down four days later. Really fast email replies and unlike previous letting agents I've used, JLL didn't mess me around and tried their best to move you in fast. Would strongly recommend. Thank you!

GoogleWe rent a property from JLL - the process of arranging the tenancy was very easy and straightforward. JLL staff (including Amy and Liga) were professional, helpful, proactive and trustworthy throughout - a breath of fresh air with regard to renting in London! Would strongly recommend.

GoogleTerrible experience. My fridge stopped working 3 weeks ago and JLL has done nothing with it and kept telling me the same thing: they need to ask for landlord’s quotation. It has caused so much convenience and extra financial loss. Don’t rent with JLL.

GoogleDavid and Michael from JLL have been wonderful with helping us to sell our apartment. From the photography to being updated when new possible buyers are interested - they have been really brilliant, clear and transparent too which we really appreciate. Also having regular updates from them is really helpful so we can be kept in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a professional estate agent to help sell your home.

GoogleI have been with JLL for many years now, service is always good. James Woodruff has been excellent in managing the property, always very responsive. My only downside - I preferred the old invoice layouts but that's just my preference.
