Google"Recently exchanged and completed on a lovely brand new 2-bedroom apartment in Kensington & Chelsea, London. Been in touch with Thomas Middleditch at JLL over the last couple of years whilst searching the property market for an ideal property to buy. I have always found Thomas to be very personable, professional, helpful and friendly. I have found over the last couple of years Thomas to be very honest and trustworthy, which is what you ultimately want in an estate agent. Thomas is really knowledgeable and is always on hand to answer any questions you may have. He has a natural ability to simplify everything into Layman’s terms and make a somewhat complicated and stressful process clear from start to finish whilst most importantly putting you at ease. Thomas was highly efficient, he recommended a great lawyer and helped to pulled a lot of the strings required in assisting to get the property purchase from the developer over the line before the end of the stamp duty holiday window ending at the end of June 2021 - which by all accounts was a pretty tight deadline! We managed to exchange, complete and get everything done with a week remaining - which made me very happy as it saved me a substantial amount in Stamp Duty Land Tax! Hand on heart, I would definitely recommend Thomas Middleditch at JLL if you are considering buying your next property in this area. If possible, I will definitely consider using Thomas Middleditch at JLL for future property purchases and I will be recommending his services to family, friends, work contacts and clients. Overall great service, stress free and reliable. 10 out of 10 and Thomas comes highly recommended!! - I shall be inviting him over for house warming drinks very soon!" : )

Terrible experience dealing with the Letting team in OxfordI wanted to rent an apartment in Summertown, the lady agent has been extremely unprofessional, instead of solving my issues, this agent was rude and asked for the same information twice. Whenever I have a question, she would just shoot me down without checking with the landlord. She has been impolite and maybe she didn't think I am not a capable tenant - I ended up paying double for a nicer apartment!

GoogleDear Emma and Raphael Re: the Cottage We just wanted to say how impressed Gary and I have been with the advice and service you have given us since we ditched our old very annoying letting agent and gave our property to you. We gave you the property on a Tuesday and it was rented by the Friday to the first Couple who came to see it, they then paid the deposit whilst still on the drive!! GoogleDear Raphael & Emma, Houseman Homes I’ve known you both for several years and we’ve worked together on many occasions which I thank you for. In this time, you’ve sold mums house and this time round a house on behalf of my mother-in-law. 2020 was a challenge for many and during lockdown we had to move Lauren’s nan into full time care. It was a real tough time for all. We put Daphne’s house on the market to afford the full-time care and she unfortunately passed away. 93 years old and I’m pretty sure she wanted to kick my arse. You guys were absolutely first class. From advising us all on not taking certain offers, advising buyers on future planning permission to avoid time wasters, and handling the family during their loss. All of this as well as keeping the buyers informed throughout the probate. Thank you both for this above and beyond service. For taking care of the family home in a professional and personal way, achieving a fantastic price and looking after everyone. You guys were immense. Thank you! All the best Andrew Black

GoogleWhat can I say? The team at DDM in Barton have been overwhelmingly supportive (especially Kelly, Harley and Rachel on the Mortgage side) in what has been a very hard sell for me. They have made the transition as smooth as possible and we (finally!!) got there after lots of hiccups in the process with enquiries.
