GoogleI’m a landlord using JLL. I appear to have had numerous double bills and over bills. Probably out of pocket to the tune of a 4 figure number now. Getting fobbed off and passed around but no one actually taking ownership and helping fix. Even got charged for late fees on a utility bill that JLL are supposed to be managing (their mistake, I pay). I wouldnt recommend at all.

GoogleI strongly do not recommend JLL. We rented our property and as it stands, we would not be resigning with this agency and definitely not recommending it to any other landlords. There is a mess in our finances, people handing it can’t fix it for weeks (it happens a lot). There is a very poor communication with the managing agent (emails hoo unanswered for days). There is no complaints procedure. We have asked several times to see all the bills (no luck), we have to pay bills for late payments, (that should have been sorted on time by the agency), bills are being paid twice. As to the response below, pls ask your agent Keely.

GoogleI couldn't praise Jacqui and her team at Frost Chesham more highly. My house sale and purchase had a number of challenges, and twists and turns, but Jacqui was there every step of the way and Alex was brilliant too. I felt like they were fully invested in my move and treated me as a person and not just a client. Jacqui always gave sound advice, keeping my best interests at heart, and I felt like I was in such good hands with her and Alex. I can't thank them enough and would recommend Frost Chesham to anyone looking to move. They are all a fantastic team, including Jemima and Lorraine too who I spoke to quite a bit! GoogleOur house purchase wasn’t exactly the smoothest and took a bit longer and was stressful for everyone involved. This was, due to a range of factors, including the market, timing, and also understandably, the person we were buying from needed to find the right property. What we really appreciated, was the support that Alex Grace and every one at Frost Chesham provided to us. Alex always gave us open, transparent and honest advice, for example when we had to decide whether to look into rental options. We also particularly appreciated their regular communications, so we were always kept informed on what was happening, and what we needed to do and when. Alex and the team were also very proactive in chasing and following up actions, for example with the various surveyors, bank valuations, etc, to try and keep the sale/purchase moving forward as much as possible, as well as giving us advice e.g. on potential builders, roofers etc to contact. We were finally able to complete and move in, and that’s in no small part due to Alex's efforts. The Real Estate industry doesn't as a whole always have the greatest of image and reputation, but that is certainly not the case for Alex and the Frost team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team at Frost Chesham to anyone looking to move into the area.
