GoogleVery disappointed for the service provided and no follow up at all. I am sadly writing this review as I am hoping to discuss with the agent that has follow up with me for a shop leasing. It was a very positive discussion and the agent just kept telling me it is very promising. However I have to keep chasing the progress by myself and I have been asked to submit our business proposal in which I did on the following day. I waited till a month after that calling the agent again sadly the agent just avoided to pick up my call and asking me to keep waiting...after a few months right now, they just simply ignore my request and I am really shock by the level of professional that it should be.....I totally could understand if the landlord doesn't want to proceed for any reason though we agreed for all the terms and conditions....however at least as a professional agent they should really call and let me know a YES or NO.... Seriously as a business runner , time is extremely precious stuff and it is alright even though we cannot rent the shop but i am quite doubtful for all the potential tenants to seek leasing from this agency.

GoogleAbsolutely horrific company. I rented a property for a year from them and it was in a shocking state when I moved in- filthy dirty, lots of things were broken including the washing machine and the only toilet. Throughout the whole 12 month contract these things were never sorted and I was just fobbed off by everyone and nobody cared one bit about my kids and my safety and just wanted their extortionate rent each month. I had to clean, fix and redecorate everything myself and pay for it all. Disgraceful and extremely rude.

GoogleTop agents in the area really! Before them never heard of Zero Deposit Scheme, very convenient. Lovely premises and turnaround is swift and efficient. Dealt with Lauren and Danny, both of them are absolute stars!

GoogleI've been working with Mann Countrywide in Canterbury for almost 10 years now and they are very professional, organised and speedy in their responses and friendly. Lauren, Paul and Danny have always taken great care to make sure my questions are always answered and have taken great efforts to respond and assist me when needed. I highly recommend using Mann Countrywide in Canterbury.

GoogleOverall we had a good experience buying a property through Mann, the people were friendly and human, however not always 100% reliable at replying to emails, perhaps as so many different people seemed to be involved. Apart from that minor point though they were helpful and much nicer to deal with than most estate agents.

GoogleI have nothing but positive praise for this entire team. They were thorough, communicative, professional, driven and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They're a tight group, so even if we couldn't get through to a specific person, the rest of the team knew what was going on, and it was a really smooth process. I'm not planning to sell again any time soon, but when I do I'm going back to MANN 100%. Top shelf Team.

GoogleAs an overseas student, I was struggling to rent a house and then someone recommended the MANN Letting agency. Lauren understood my situation and she found me a lovely house of my choice. Danny took extra time to show me the property and explained everything in detail. If you are looking for a property, I highly recommend you contact this agency before wasting your time and money anywhere else.

GoogleMe and the fiance were looking for a place along with a couple friends. We found one under mann's property lineup. As we went through with our viewing Danny was an exceptionally helpful aid in details, understanding the property and letting us know what needs to be done further. Afterwards we were in constant communication with Lauren once we were accepted as residents of the property, answering even the smallest of the questions as this was our first time with a lot of things. All in all We are exceptionally happy with both the services and the people we got to talk and interact with.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat through Mann Countrywide, and I highly recommend the team at the Canterbury branch for helping me get such a dream property. With particular mention and a huge thank you to Abbie Goodhew who went out of her way from start to finish, keeping me constantly updated, explaining things when I needed help, chasing up lenders & solicitors and generally being a rock though a particularly stressful journey. She is a super star and anyone would be lucky to have her involved with any property you'd like to buy or sell.

GoogleI have been renting properties for nearly 20 years and have used many agencies. I have not encountered anything quite so effective, flexible and comprehensive as the service Mann Country Wide and in particular Danny Kelleher and his team offer. Impeccable. From minute one he was on to every aspect of what needed to be done. Their team of workmen, lead by Dave Pollock, were also phenomenal - immediately available, able to solve any gas, electrical, structural, plumbing, heating or decorating issue whilst at the same time being committed to delivering the most economic solutions. I am going no where else.

GoogleWe have been renting through Mann for almost five years , and recently been told by our land lord , he is selling. stressful times !! (Specially when you have a dog. ) We approached Mann for help ,and from day one they have been amazing ! All staff have been helpful and professional throughout . Danny especially has stood out. He has been great and worked hard to find us a new property in this short period of time , and it’s been a breath of fresh air to have a agent that actually listens to you ,and has pulled it out the bag and found us a property that meets all your needs . So happy to still be renting through Mann and we will be using this agency when we look at buying our first home . Well done guys and Danny , you Sir are a legend !! Thanks for all you have done.

After numerous unpleasant dealings with multiple local agencies and some extremely poor customer service, we finally stumbled across Mann. This very quickly became a very positive experience with a gentleman named Danny helping us with our search. He took our requirements very seriously and personally guiding us in every detail. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to help, and with his wreath of knowledge on property and the local area, gave us invaluable advice. I really cannot stress how grateful we are and would urge anyone requiring the services of an estate agent in Canterbury to contact Mann! They were excellent. Danny, thank you so much for everything.

GoogleUPDATE to my below original review: In reply to Neil’s reply, I have text and called with Megan who he put me in contact with yet she doesn’t reply. Neil, I have also texted and called you DIRECTLY and you don’t reply either, it’s beyond frustrating at this point! Over a month of trying to reach someone at JLL to no avail! I am SHOCKED that JLL is still in business to be honest, I am almost certain the previous reviews are fake and I give up with trying to contact your agency any more, DO NOT LIST YOUR PROPERTY HERE!!!! Original review left May 28th: I find it extremely difficult to believe these previous reviews are real reviews after calling for almost week now and leaving three separate messages with their “answering service” over the last 2 days and never hearing back about a property. It is beyond frustrating, especially during the stress of moving to be left in limbo time after time without any care or courtesy call by JLL. So unprofessional, i even tried selecting a different department from the automated menu when I called a few other times to get through to someone but still reached their “answering service” who are very nice but pretty useless as they can’t transfer you to anyone and just say everyone at the office is busy at this time. Well apparently everyone at the office has been busy since I originally called on Monday and it’s now Saturday, well Done on losing a potential Longterm client very quickly!
