GoogleJacqui and the team are the estate agents I would want to deal with every time. We found them responsive, effective and personable, they mean and do what they say, and their advice always turned out to be spot-on. Because of external circumstances completely outside their influence they had to sell our house three times before the deal could go through. They approached this through varying market conditions with unfailing enthusiasm and effort, rapidly getting us a good result each time. Throughout an unusually complicated and frustrating process, Frosts were a constant help and reassurance, proactively following up on anything that was lagging, and fighting to progress our sale at every step in spite of significant obstacles. Even the other companies they suggested (solicitors, removals, etc.) were absolutely brilliant. When you move house there are normally several estate agents involved, and that experience showed us just how different they can be. Without exception, Jacqui and the whole of her team never fell short once, and were far superior to all the others we encountered. They are our first choice and we would recommend them without hesitation. To be clear, Frosts did not solicit or offer us anything for this review and it is given freely, purely in recognition for truly great service.

GoogleWe dealt mainly with Jacqui who we found highly professional, very friendly, helpful and informative throughout the whole process. On occasions when she was unable to speak to us her team were very happy to help and would always pass on any messages. The whole team went out of their way to help us in anyway they could. For example Nick, who went back to the house to read the meters for us after the sale, as we were unable to do so. We would highly recommend Frosts Chesham to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. A big thank you to the team at Frosts Chesham.
