GoogleExcellent communication throughout. Wilkinsons made regular follow ups with all parties to ensure deadlines were met. Without their 'hands on' approach, things wouldn't have happened in the tight timescale. Very professional. Would highly recommend. Many thanks especially to Sue & Grant.

GoogleExcellent communication from Fiona (Winslow office) from beginning to the end of our sale journey. Her persistence in contacting all parties down the chain regularly to get the sale completed was second to none. When Fiona unfortunately had to be off work for several weeks both Grant and Anita also communicated regularly with us. All in all an excellent estate agent.

GoogleI have to thank Anita in the Winslow office she really was terrific throughout the entire process. I cannot speak for the rest of the operation but Anita was professional, considerate and responsive. If you are considering selling a high end home, I urge you to speak to Anita.

She was transparent and proactive, always quick to respond to emails, and accommodative of all our requests. Overall, we are more than happy with the service we got, and would highly recommend Hanan to other folks looking to rent in the area.

My experience with her was truly top-notch. I recently encountered an issue in my rented unit and, as most tenants would know, the process can often be stressful and prolonged. However, Stefania has utterly transformed that norm. Right from the moment I reported my concern, she stepped up and made it her priority. Her response was swift, clear, and assuring. The issue was handled with a level of efficiency and speed that is rare to find these days.
