Precious responded quickly to all emails, arrived early to the viewing, was diligent, patient and clear during the viewing and followed up afterwards in a timeframe that was prompt, respectful and without pressure. She has listened closely to what we are looking for in a property and sent relevant suggestions for properties to view, making us feel cared for and that we can rely on the level and accuracy of service. Felicity J Lord has been a positive experience for us so far and have been noticeably strong, thanks to Precious’ professionalism and diligence, as an estate agent in the busy London market.
