GoogleWhoever advised you to send a cold mail to my apartment, addressed to my landlord suggesting that you could increase my rent or let the property out at a higher rate showed very poor judgment. You should have known that any such mail would likely be seen by the current tenant living in the property. This was inappropriate, poorly thought out and highly unprofessional. I would fire whoever approved that marketing campaign.

GoogleKyanne was an awesome estate agent. Although my sale did not go through in the end (after 7 months due to some ridiculous chaos on the sellers side meaning I could no longer proceed), the estate agents were great, easy to communicate with, attentive and knowledgeable.

GoogleHolly from property management is very helpful and such a nice person. That was my review about a year ago but science she left there is no communication what so ever, they do not seem to bother that my property has a mold and I have two very little children. They keep on blaming the lack of responses on not being able to get in touch with landlord. Very unprofessional and unfriendly :/

GoogleHad the great pleasure of dealing with Serkan at Felicity J.Lord. From the get-go, it was a wonderful experience, where Serkan patiently awaited for us to arrive for the viewing at the location, which I was not very familiar with. Then he went on to provide all the essential information that was needed for me to select and finalise my offer. During the entire process, he documented all the information on my behalf and kept me updated, even working through the weekend to make sure I had my keys by Monday. Couldn't ask for more friendly and efficient dealing with the letting process!
