We had a fantastic experience working with Ridwana at Felicity J. Lord during our search for a home in Hackney. From the beginning, she really listened to what we were looking for, i.e., a house in a very specific part of Hackney, with particular requirements around size and type, and was consistently proactive in helping us navigate the search. She was also very good at giving us a realistic sense of what was happening in the local market, including how quickly things were moving and what buyers and sellers were expecting at different points. One thing we particularly appreciated was how proactive she was about viewings. When something suitable came onto the market, she would often make sure we had the opportunity to see it very early. There was one property in particular that we had mentioned we were very interested in, even though it wasn't available to view at the time. Months later, as soon as it became available, Ridwana remembered us and reached out before we had even spotted it ourselves. That diligence and follow-through made a real difference, we were able to view it quickly, make a decision and move forward on a house we really liked. She also kept us well updated throughout the negotiations with the sellers and did a great job communicating between both sides and helping move things forward. Really grateful for Ridwana's proactiveness, responsiveness and knowledge of the Hackney market. We'd happily recommend working with her.

If we could give Charlie 10 stars, we absolutely would! Selling our flat turned into an incredibly stressful 6-month rollercoaster,largely due to a very difficult buyer's solicitor but Charlie was our absolute rock through it all. He was relentless in pushing the buyer's side, keeping the pressure on, and making sure our sale actually crossed the finish line. Beyond just doing his job brilliantly, his emotional support was what truly saved us. Charlie was always available to talk whenever we needed him, no matter how panicked or stressed we were. He consistently reassured us and made us feel like we were never alone in this complex process. We honestly could not have coped with the extreme stress of this move without him in our corner. Charlie and the Hackney Team at Felicity J Lord are the gold standard when it comes to residential property sales. We initially used another local agency who were also handling our purchase. They were a royal let down with both the purchase and the sale. We ultimately switched to FJL and the difference was like night and day. Even the photographs of our property were just better - FJL were the better choice. The sale of our 2-bed flat in Clapton came with several twists and turns due to the Building Safety Act 2022, as well as the age/construction of the high-rise. But the team navigated this with such professionalism and care. Charlie is transparent, friendly, communicates well and is extremely patient. While the wider team - Ahmed, Ridwana, all of them are just a pleasure to deal with. Not sleazy agents at all. Absolutely the best we've dealt with. Thanks so much!

Ellesse Mosunu-Kitenge is an absolute legend, she went above and beyond during our initial tenancy process. The third party referencing company the real estate used were an absolute nightmare, but Ellesse always went out of her way to assist the process. To be honest in the end she had done their job for them 100x over. Ellesse worked over the weekend and over her usual hours to help us out and we always felt she was in our corner for both us and the landlord. I could not be more grateful to Sai Kher and her team in property management for their handling of a recent issue at my property. We had a shop with an upstairs flat that was up for sale on Well Street. Charlie Saville was the agent who supported us throughout a very long process. The buyers were dragging their feet, but Charlie didn't give up. He chased them, help with the negotiations and did more to progress the sale than our own solicitor.
