After a decade of self-managing my rented apartment in Clapton, i opted for a fully-managed service through FJL, recommended by my son. My dealings with FJL’s Daniel Badu have been exemplary; he’s provided expert advice, been flexible over the nature of the letting agreement and secured a 12-month tenancy extension, as well as being courteous and responsive at all times. This man is a prince! Having myself failed to find contractors to carry out some mould-related works needed, Daniel put me onto FJL’s property management team. They sprang into action, obtained a detailed professionally- presented quotation from a contractor and instructed the works, completed promptly this week. Happy tenants. A big thank you to Sajana and Sai-Preeti and their contractors for handling this project so expertly. FJL have been a dream to deal with; long may it continue.

My flat sale was far from straightforward due to the apartment block being a shared ownership property with some cladding issues. Charlie Saville was highly recommended to me by one of my neighbours who faced the same challenges and was impressed by Charlie’s skill and doggedness in completing the sale. I’m so pleased I took my neighbour’s advice and engaged Charlie’s services. Estate Agents generally get a bad rap, but in Charlie’s case this couldn’t be further from the truth. I was badly let down by unprofessionalism on the legal side, and Charlie was a huge support in keeping the momentum going and completing the sale.
