When people first warned me that house-buying was one of the most stressful events of anyone's life, I shrugged it off. And was I in for a shock! But the eighteen-month period of searching, securing, backing-and-forthing and finally, exchanging and completing, could not have been made better, easier and like Iwas cared for, by Felicity J Lord. If I could give them 100 stars I would! The entire team, from the receptionist to the managers are kind, warm, helpful and receptive. Charlie and Akbar dealt with my anxiety, doubts and tribulations so graciously and with compassion. It was a long process (as it always is with leasehold properties I’ve come to find out!), but Lenny and Charlie were super helpful, responsive and on top of things throughout the journey.
