Felicity Lord hasn't been my estate agent but that of the people I'm buying from, but Laarni has been a powerhouse for her clients, pressing unforthcoming solicitors to move things forward and keep us informed of what was going on, trying to find out what the hold-ups were and help resolve the issue. She was a patient listener and behind the scenes communicator with the other estate agents.

5 stars. I've just rented through Felicity J Lord (Stoke Newington lettings) and the team - Rob, Ellesse, Hassan, Dean, Mel and James - have been brilliant throughout. This was my first time doing a move completely solo, and it's been a real exercise in patience at points (especially with Christmas timings), but they stayed calm, responsive and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Viewings were well organised and actually fun, I found the right place quickly, and they acted as a solid go-between whenever I had questions or needed clarity. If they couldn't pick up the phone, they always came back to me by email. I originally found Felicity J Lord through a lot of research (including AI tools) and the proof is in the pudding - they made a daunting process feel manageable, and they consistently made me feel like a priority. Moving in next week and genuinely excited.

We sold our house via Felicity J lord. Laarni was great and really went the extra mile to help us get the sale over the line. I recommend her and was very pleased with the service she and her colleagues provided. We went with FJL because they had valued our property higher than other estate agents but in the end we had to drop the price and it sold for the price other agents had valued it at. This may well have been to do with the market at the time but also think it's just generally worth noting when thinking about what price to put it on at. Overall a good experience and would recommend their services if you are going to chose estate agents to handle your sale.

Throughout what was an unusually arduous purchase process - through no fault of FJLord - both Yuge & Laarni were super on top of things and always available to pick up the phone and assist on any matter.
