Felicity J Lord London reviews

My first time dealing with FJL and it has made me determined to keep working with them for the future sale of our flat. I was needing initially only a valuation and advice during a probate matter and Laarni was incredibly prepared for this small matter, kind, generous with her time and immensely knowledgeable. I was reassured immediately and can’t thank her enough for being so dedicated to delivering something as small as (but in my case quite difficult!) valuations so quickly but with obvious consideration. She is brilliant and can’t recommend FJL enough thanks to her.

I have had the absolute pleasure working with Nikolett, who went above and beyond and didn’t mind inconveniencing herself, just to ensure I could make the best decision. I truly appreciate it and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely recommend working with Nikolett and her team at Felicity J. Lord.

I recently had a viewing with Nikolett Illes and she was absolutely fantastic. Honest about the property and what it entailed from the outset, very flexible with our viewing times, and she followed up multiple times. I'm normally chasing agents, but we were totally catered for in the hands of Nikolett. She's completely out of the ordinary in my experience. If only she could be my landlord too! I've only written a couple reviews ever, so trust that this is straight from the heart - make sure to ask for her specifically when you call!

I was looking for a flat in London, and Vivien from the team has been super kind and helpful the whole time. From finding a quick viewing time that worked for us, showing me the place, clearing all my doubts all the way to getting the contract signed, it has been a smooth process. I'd highly recommend working with them for your next property!

Nikolett was very helpful showing us around a couple of nice properties in Stoke Newington and lea bridge. She communicated with us very well and gave good insight into the properties.

Big thanks to Alvin and Vivien for helping me lease a great property, this was particularly challenging due to my short history in the UK. From the initial viewing stages through to hand over, the process was seamless, well communicated and transparent. Special mention to Vivien, she was able to provide me with a clear and well thought out road map, while being proactive and helpful with all my queries. Cheers, Doug

As a cautious buyer Travis has been great. He swiftly got an idea of what I was after. He didn't try to push me into anything - I felt he was being honest with me, which frequently isn't the case with agents - and we were able to have straightforward conversations about the property I was interested in, the seller, the pros and cons of the property etc. The seller responded very promptly to all my questions, with Travis as go between. I decided not to make an offer in the end because of my own cautiousness and Travis accepted my position graciously, for which I was grateful.

Vivien was the agent that was assisting and helping me during the process of renting a new property. I agree 100% with the previous reviewers. Her service was outstanding and I was kept up to date all the time during the process of making the offer and then providing all required documents. Except being professional she's also very approachable. Thanks to her attitude I felt looked after.

I would highly recommend Felicity J. Lord (Stoke Newington branch) if you are looking to sell your property. I mainly dealt with Laarni, who was a real pleasure to deal with. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and got back to us really quickly whenever we had a query. I would definitely go back to them in the future, if I ever need an estate agent again.

Laarni and the team have been so fantastic on our long and at times painfully disappointing journey to move home. We have now moved house. They always communicated promptly and clearly. The were great intermediaries between us and (prospective) buyers. Always friendly and professional, honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to put their property on the market!
