I arranged a next day viewing at short notice: Laarni was there on time and showed me around promptly; without rushing me. She answered all my questions about the property and circs of selling. Professional and did not press me for decisions there & then.

After months of viewings and seeing properties with multiple different estate agents all over London, I met Orphee from the Stoke Newington office of Felicity J Lord. She went out of her way to take us to viewings, drove us to them (actually seemingly a rarity for most estate agents) and sent me suggested properties that actually fit my search criteria within the realm of budget & description (also apparently quite rare for most estate agents I have dealt with). Would highly recommend Orphee/Felicity J Lord.

Charlie is the guy! The most efficient and professional agent on earth! I had a very pleasant experience with Charlie and his team at Stoke newington branch, Charlie has been very professional all along, always keeping me well informed(ahead of my solicitor) and mostly importantly that he was not pushy, as some of other agents can be a bit too much (in my experience). I highly recommend Charlie and I’ll definitely definitely contacting him back for my next property search.

Such a brilliant estate agent experience - Vivien was so wonderful to work with. My partner and I had been looking for places for over 6 weeks and the moment we walked into our new flat, we knew it was perfect. Vivien has been so kind, professional, and efficient. I would reccomend this agency to everyone I know!

The agent who worked with me, Nikolett was extremely professional and kind. She was also very flexible and efficient in finding time for the viewings that would suit me and not bother the tenants.

Felicity J Lord handled matters professionally and courteously throughout. Shannon chased things when required, and liaised with the seller in a timely fashion. It was easy for us to contact Laarni and the team, yet they didn’t inundate us with unnecessary questions, realising that property transactions take time and that we were doing all we could to move things along. Nice people with good local knowledge.

I have been dealing with estate agents for close to 30 years, from the first conversation on the phone with Yuge, I told my partner he was a proper agent. Within two minutes, he knew exactly what I was looking for, and from that day on, he has been extremely helpful and understanding. One of the main differences has been that my email hasn't gone to everyone in the company to get bombarded by anything they have on their list, It is very much appreciated.

We recently rented a property from The Felicity J Lord in this November due to my relocation through work. After finding a suitable property through The Felicity J Lord, we called their offices to arrange an appointment. not only did I find the staff there helpful and polite both on the phone and at the viewing: when we decided to let the property, found that they made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks for everything guys and I would like to special thank to Ilya for his help.

We would highly recommend Chris and his lettings team at Felicity J. Lord in Stoke Newington. We were relocating in a very short space of time and we approached Chris about 2 weeks before we left London. Chris’s team were amazing as they were able to find us a tenant within two days and the rental was higher than the only other agent we approached. Chris’s team have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They clearly know the expectations of their clients and are able to match them accordingly in the highly competitive rental market. We would like to thank them for always being quick to respond to our concerns and their help in securing the right tenants for us.

Laarni gave us a superb service when we sold out flat. She was very responsive to emails and calls and was always able to give practical, thoughtful, and proactive advice. Never pushy but always clear in what her advice was. I’d say Laarni is an absolute superstar!

Very good experience as a first time buyer with FJL. Jakob was really helpful with initial viewings and submitting an offer and Laarni was excellent throughout the process. Keeping me informed, helping me chase and generally just putting my mind at ease resulting in completion on time.

Charlie Saville of Felicity J Lord, Stoke Newington, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with as buyers and we have been extremely impressed at his genuinely personal service. Although we haven't yet found our dream home, Charlie has been helping us for several months and we are impressed at how well he understands our preferences and tastes and how actively he has helped us. He also comes across as very fair and concerned with ensuring a happy outcome for both sellers and buyers. The search continues, but we felt compelled to add our review - thanks Charlie!

Charlie Saville was our Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Stoke Newington and he was the best estate agent we've come across. He managed the entire process impeccably. He has an unparalleled ability to calmly and effectively communicate between sellers, buyers and solicitors - even during some of the inevitable 'tense' times during a sale. He was constantly 'on the ball' and knew all of the details whenever we called and asked for them. Apart from all that, he went above and beyond for us, from visiting the property ahead of viewings to turning on the lights and heating when we were away, to helping let gas engineers into the property (one of which was at 7pm on a Friday!). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Briar & Rick Keen

Laarni was absolutely brilliant at helping sort exchange, completion and generally dealing with enquiries between us and the previous vendors once our offer was accepted. Would definitely recommend her! The only let down (and reason I give 3 stars rather than 4 or 5) is because the agent managing the sale prior to our offer being accepted was very pushy and tried to do anything to get the sale (including being purposefully wishy-washy or untruthful about aspects of the property/the sale). However, many estate agents are prone to doing this, and FJL certainly aren't the worst ones out there, so I still recommend using this branch.

Whilst we didn't buy in the end through Felicity J Lord, we decided to take our mortgages out through Just Mortgages who are part of the same group. Tina Patel helped us to secure mortgage offers for both a re-mortgage and a residential mortgage at fantastic terms despite being a contractor. We were amazed at how diligent, efficient and knowledgeable she is. She completely understood our needs to give the right advice, worked to our time scales and helped to drive things forward. I highly recommend Tina as a mortgage broker.

We had a really excellent experience with Laarni, Neelay and their team. We felt reassured at every stage that they were prompt in their communication, returned calls when they said they would, and kept us updated about the process of both buying and selling a property. In sorting out the particulars of our sale, Laarni was attentive to detail and highly efficient in her liaison with the other parties involved. We had a particularly frustrating experience with the attempted purchase of one property but were under no doubt that the FJL team did everything they could to support us over an extended period, as well as managing to keep our buyer on board for eight months! I would have no hesitation in recommending the Stoke Newington team for either sale or purchase.

Viewed a property with Zakaria recently, and while the property wasn’t for me, he was incredibly helpful. He was engaging, honest and genuinely cared. Will try to look for more through him as trust he’ll be offering a considered view.

Having to sell a flat from a distance during a pandemic felt like a tough challenge! - but FJL Stoke Newington steered the process safely though for us from our first enquiries to completion of the sale. We really appreciated their professional advice, practical help and excellent communications. Special thanks to Orphee for the great job she did at keeping us updated - as well as her 'can do' attitude and unfailing cheerfulness!
