GoogleJakob was such a pleasure to work with. He was always professional and very responsive, which made navigating the purchase a lot less stressful and daunting. Jakob was always available to answer any of my questions, of which there were many. He really helped drive things forward and I couldn't be more pleased with his help and support!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleOverall extremely pleased with the service. Throughout my entire time living in both Bristol and specifically London, my experience with Estate Agents has been extremely poor, as it's obvious they are aware that they will fill the property regardless of how they approach you/take you round the property. However, Ilya's service was completely the opposite; regardless of the fact the property sold itself, he professional, polite and very welcoming.
Dear Sam, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are pleased to hear about your experience with us. If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help!

GoogleNot sure where to start with these guys. Laarni and Yuge have been so helpful and flexible to the 'unique' aspects of our house sale. They've been there for us practically as well as emotionally, and have always listened to our needs and concerns. It's fair to say my ex and I are 'characters' and we were open about our neurodiversity and reasonable adjustments we needed for this from the start...they were not fazed. They've been available, responsive, kind, honest, flexible, professional, transparent, and reassuring. I've felt I could trust Laarni and Yuge to give me honest sense checks and tell me how much I should freak out about things realistically 🤣 I felt they cared, and today we have exchanged our sale, a huge milestone and they were honestly so happy for us 🥹😭🙌🏼🥰 would definitely recommend for a human touch xx
Dear Jill, Thank you so much for your amazing review. We are delighted for you. Kind regards Laarni (Sales) Felicity J Lord Stoke Newington
