We were pleased with the way FJL handled the sale of our flat. They don't overpromise and they do deliver. Charlie Saville, who managed the initial valuation, was pleasant to deal with. He was also there to advise us, later down the line, when the offers came in. Shannon Steadman was also very good at touching base with us and progressing the sale, which was challenging at times due to the particular circumstances of our chain. Would highly recommend.

Yuge is a great estate agent, even though I didn't end up buying a house from him he was friendly and easy to deal with. It was like dealing with a human, which is not something I can say for all of the estate agents I deal with. However, I will cringe for the rest of my life when I walk past the office as I accidentally said ‘love you too’ as I put the phone down after speaking with him. I’m dying inside as I write this. He deserves a promotion for having to put up with knackered middle aged mums like me trying to buy houses.

We were very impressed by Felicity J Lord’s handling of our recent sale. We came into contact with various members of the team and found them all to be professional, polite and considerate throughout. Laarni led on the sale and she kept us fully informed throughout and advised us well, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Shannon was excellent in progressing the sale, liaising with the buyer for us and keeping things on track. Everyone was very responsive and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate before engaging them again.

I would highly recommend Felicity J. Lord (Stoke Newington branch) if you are looking to sell your property. I mainly dealt with Laarni, who was a real pleasure to deal with. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and got back to us really quickly whenever we had a query. I would definitely go back to them in the future, if I ever need an estate agent again.

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Vivien explained and guided us through every step of the way, and was always on the other end of the line ready to help if needed. It genuinely never took more than a single call or email for her to quickly resolve any issues. A very warm thank you to Vivien and the rest of the team.

Had a very pleasant experience with this estate agents and in particular an agent called Adam Ong. I went for a viewing of a property and the agent was very polite knowledgeable and friendly. He did exactly what he said in terms of following up which is very rare from dealing with other agents in the past. And was able to haggle a price reduction for the property in question. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently completed on a purchase that , through no fault of FJL, ran into complications due to an absent freeholder. This then required an indemnity process to be followed, which led to quite a drawn out sale over a period of roughly 5 months. During this process, where the patience of all parties involved was tested, Charlie was a pleasure to deal with on every level. He remained calm and polite throughout, skillfully navigating some of my more impatient days while keeping a positive attitude. I hope I can do business with him again at some point in the future. Thanks, Charlie and all at FJL Stoke Newington.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Charlie at FJL surpassed my expectations of an estate agent - knowledgeable, responsive, honest and thoroughly pleasant to deal with. His valuation was informed and pragmatic, the marketing was effective and the open house and subsequent viewings were well-handled. Once we were under offer, Charlie frequently checked in and when we ran into delays on the legal side, Charlie was always there, responding at lightning speed and providing counsel, helping to communicate with our buyers and move things along. Ultimately he felt like a true partner, acting and advising in our best interests. Would highly recommend Charlie and his team!

I had a great experience flat hunting here, Nikolett was so sweet and helpful when conducting viewings! Flat hunting in London is intense so we liked Felicity’s fair offer process. If you want to live in Stoke Newington, I would highly recommend getting help here!

I would thoroughly recommend Felicity J Lord Stoke Newington branch. Totally professional, very friendly and reliable; they make what is quite a stressful time so much easier! All the team are excellent, very knowledgable, and super helpful. Special thanks to Laarni and Orphee who helped guide me through the process and pulled out all the stops chasing up conveyancers etc to help me with the exchange and logistics following a family bereavement during this time. I couldn’t have done it without them! Many Thanks! Paul N16

I have been really impressed with the services of Felicity J Lord Stoke Newington, and Laarni Deasley and Jakob Zima were excellent throughout the process of our sale. Having had a bad experience with another local estate agent, we were probably not the easiest of clients. But this never phased Laarni or Jakob, who always answered all questions both promptly and politely, and kept me up to date throughout the process. And they provided excellent advice whenever requested. I cannot recommend Felicity J Lord Stoke Newington enough, and am incredibly grateful for their enabling us to make the move we want to. Thanks so much Laarni and Jakob!!!

My partner and I were first time buyers, and we were very impressed with Orphee’s professionalism and attitude throughout the entire process. We had seen quite a few houses with various agents, but none were as friendly or as easy to deal with as Orphee. She showed us a house that wasn’t yet on the market (which ended up being “the” home for us), and guided us through the closing process very efficiently and quickly. Also a big thank you to Laarni who also helped us with our million-and-one questions.PositiveProfessionalism

Charlie Saville was the highlight of our house purchase. From our first viewing, he listened to our impression of the flat we viewed and quickly adapted his flat selection to our needs. Our purchase took about 4 months, and throughout this time he seemed to always have the best timings in his check ins and updates. He patiently chased information for us, responded to our questions, helped us negotiate timing changes and managed to keep everybody happy - All this done with such ease, openness, and authenticity that if you're looking to sell or buy, you'd be lucky to have him on your side.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
