Rafal Majewski digitally showed me a property during the Christmas lockdown. He was extremely responsive, informed and personable, taking time to answer all of my questions and providing additional video and photographic evidence. This was so valuable and helped me to establish a very clear understanding of the suitability of the property . His knowledge of the property and of the surrounding area was excellent. Very quickly and carefully, over the phone and by email, he helped me to provide a strong and successful tenancy application and was in regular contact, keeping me abreast of all developments and requirements. His liaison skills were excellent and created reassurance and confidence. In person, Rafal was punctual, smart, polite and extremely attentive whilst showing me around the property before the move in. He also followed Covid-secure protocols. Rafal and the business continue to support the final aspects of the move, answering minor questions and helping me to build a smooth, and mutually agreeable dialogue with the landlord. This aspect, alongside providing digital detail and responsive communication is so important and is what customers really value. Rafal is a credit to Felicity J Lord Canada Water and a talented property consultant and negotiator . I would definitely recommend him and this company in the future. I wish I could have given this company 5 stars, unfortunately the experience we had with this agency was so atrocious that even getting 1 star is generous. Raf was a poor communicator, never corresponds via email and does not allow for a paper trail. He never got back to us when he said he would. Sana was very aggressive on the phone and for a manager I would expect more professionalism than I received. This agency will want you to use a non government approved scheme for your deposit. DO NOT AGREE TO THIS. You will not see that deposit money again. The contract needed to be amended multiple times and we did not receive the final copy until 1 working day prior to move in. This caused much stress for all involved. We tried to renegotiate a move in a date that was agreed upon initially and the landlord pulled out at the last moment. After all of this, the end result was me ended up finding another property with another agent and the landlord changing to a different agency.

I had came across Rafal Majewski who showed me around a flat, unfortunately it wasn't for me but I felt i had to write a review purely because Rafal was so helpful! He knew lots about the property itself but his knowledge on the area was fantastic. As i have just moved down to London I dont really know much about the place. Rafal was everything you want from an estate agent and because of this I would highly recommend you book a viewing with him. Very helpful !

Craig was extremely professional from the first time we spoke, and a good listener; I could tell he really cared about helping us find the right property, asking genuine questions, and offering advice about the area. He has obvious in-depth knowledge of the market and gave us some valuable insights. Carina was involved with selling our house starting from evaluation to completion. We experienced a few issues to say the least along the process (legal issues and mortgage issues for the buyers, not FJL fault) and we cannot thank Carina enough for persisting and seeing the sale through. She went beyond her job and has followed things through even when she was on annual leave. We selected FJL as one of our neighbours had sold the house through them few years before us and they had highly recommended them and we are so glad we chose them.

Very bad experience from tenant POV. Agency is very slow in responding to issues in the flat. During Christmas they stop responding from 23 to 2 or 3rd of January (despite advertising working days) and they do not provide any emergency contacts. They say that they are open but you can never reach out to them. On a separate note they don’t find it necessary to inform the tenant about visits of engineers, plumbers etc. Horrible customer service

I was impressed with branch manager Billie-Lee Blankson from the moment she came to look at my property, which was about to be refurbished. She came up with great ideas and tips to ensure I had a thoroughly rentable property, fit for the market. She not only impressed me but my builders, too, with her knowledge, common-sense and commercial approach. After the refurb, I contacted Billie-Lee to ask if she would take my property on. She has kept the deal on track. The tenant has even thanked me (via the agent) for such a warm welcome and great start in their new rental home. Long may it continue.
