GoogleI have had a great experience renting my property through felicity j Lord. I have had tenant s in my property for 2 years now and it was very nice to receive a call from a lady by the name of Saina to just check how my tenancy was going and if she could help with anything. It was just a quick phone call however it’s nice to see this agency still care about their landlord after finding a tenant as many agents will forget. I recommend them as they are very professional and friendly and this service is hard to find and second to none. Keep up the good work thanks you

GoogleWe came across Felicity J Lord agency by chance, perhaps faith. After giving around 50 calls to different agencies in search of a perfect new place to move in and after numerous awful experiences, Felicity J Lord was exactly what we needed. We called in for a viewing and, upon arrival, we were met by Ayo and Rafal. They let us in and started immediately and professionally explaining us everything we needed to know, so our questions left were little in number. We immediately proceeded with the application forms and Rafal took us under his wing. He explained to us in detail the process we will be going through and gave us advice with everything. He was keen on keeping in touch with us and provided with every small bit of information along the way, no matter the hour. His way of dealing with things is what I would call professionalism. I would highly recommend checking out their properties and, perhaps, ask for Rafal at the desk!

GoogleVery friendly and professional team.
Special mention to Agne from the lettings team who helped us every step of the way to help us through our house hint ng process. More importantly when a deal fell through because of an unfortunate confusion the team was understanding enough to return the deposit money for that property. Highly recommend Felicity as the partners for house hunting!
