Then the fight with the vendor started - in stepped Carina who quite simply, saved the sale. Exceptional devotion to duty, managed to find a route through to sale closure. Lots of knowledge of lease law and routes to comply with those laws. Nigel and Sarah

GoogleTerrible experience! I arranged a viewing for a property to let at 9:15 am. At 9:20 I called the agency because nobody was there and they told me that the agent (Raphael) was delayed in the traffic but on his way. I waited 1 hour but he didn't come. They never call me, even to apologise. Completelly waste of time.

GoogleJust wanted to share my experience with felicity j lord even though I didnt find my property through them. I just wanted to say how impressed I was on viewing with Rafal he was very professional and stayed till late to show me property which I was surprised as no one wanted to do viewing with me after 6.30PM.

GoogleWe used them for selling and buying at the same time and the experience, particularly once we had offers was very good and staff helpful. Emails were answered quickly and they were helpful in moving the process along with our conveyancers.

GoogleAppaling, Called up and spoke to an woman with a very heavy accent, as she explained she didnt have any propertys that had been advertised online i asked for the website, I had to ask several times as she was really hard to understand, And not only was she very rude she put the phone down on me BAD SERVICE
