GoogleWe lived in a property managed by Felicity J Lord for 2 years and have always found that they are prompt in replying to any issues that come up. In particular, when we moved out, their property management team were helpful and professional in negotiating deposit release.
However, we have always found the fees charged for aspects of renting such as giving references, checking into the property and similar to be unnecessary, although we are aware that it is common practice to charge such fees.

GoogleAwful Experience moving out. They sent me the incorrect move out date which is fine as people do make mistakes, the way they handled it was terrible. Instead of apologising they gave me a bad excuse of blaming there computer system and then threatened me that I would have to pay more if I did not move out (in a very sheepish voice) on an earlier date for the mistake that they made. On speaking to the landlord I also learnt that they had given him an equally terrible and untrue excuse of why this happened and I know that they have had issues with this letting agent and won't be using them again. They are fine with taking your money and high service fees but do not care after that.

After 1 month and a half we are still waiting for our undisputed amount of the deposit.
Numerous emails and phone calls are of no use, better refer directly to the authorities rather than trying to speak to them to solve the issues.
