These 5 stars of for JOY BRITTON at the Brixton branch. I had so much trouble getting information for my accountant I needed for my rental property FJL manage at the Blackheath branch , and everytime I spoke to someone they said they would send me the information and nothing ..until I spoke to Joy , who was not even at that branch ..she stayed on the phone until she obtained all the documents I needed and made sure she emailed them to me before ending the call..now that is the kind of service you expect! FJL you are lucky to have JOY as a part of your team !

There is one star because I couldn't choose to put none. I cannot list all the mistakes and unprofessional behaviour this agency and all the agents we had to communicate (try) with have had, as it'd take too long. Just as an example which sums up the way this agency deals with their tenants: we've been waiting for getting our 4096 £ deposit back since we moved out... 3 months ago... Nobody seems qualified to answer and everyone is very apologetic but no one takes accountability for it. I realise in the feedbacks, everyone seems happy about this agency's workers but I just feel like they've got a lot of people willing to leave fake reviews (or we've just been the unluckiest and only had problems with them from the start: no hot showers for 2 months in winter; building works supposed to last 6days that turned out to be a month and a half with builders using our chairs as ladders,the contractor being misogynistic and disrespectful, showing up on sunday evening, with no notice; the team leaving the house everyday in an indescriptible mess, peeing with the door open, not protecting the wooden floors while building and painting a new wall, doing fake electric links to pretend the fire alarm system is centralised; we were used to receive arrears letters when we were in fact paying on time or showing proof of purchase that we agreed with the agency to deduct(we even kept on receiving these after we'd moved)...and this is only a glimpse of our experience with them.Yes they are friendly to sell or rent you properties, but once you're in, their unprofessionalism is beyond what you'd expect. I wish you to stay away from this agency as much as you can, otherwise I genuinely wish you good luck.

Our agent was Tamar. She was brilliant from start to finish. We spent the day dealing with landlords that were hostile and untrustworthy. As soon as we met Tamar she was warm and honest with us. It made the whole experience painless. Not to mention she managed to secure our favourite listing for us!! ******* This was the review that Tamar made us leave while closing the sale on the flat. I cannot comprehend my gratitude to Alex and the team at Felicity J Lord, Greenwich. They have all been outstanding throughout the whole sale process. The solicitor we outsourced was very poor in their communications with us, however Alex and the team continued to chase all parties involved in the sale and ensure the completion date was met. Wezley Clarke was really excellent, he talked us through his plan and approach and then continued to execute said plan and deliver beyond expectations acquiring more viewings and offers than we’d hoped for. During my tenancy with this letting agency, we experienced a prolonged mice infestation that was still unresolved 10 months later. Additionally, there was a period of a week without heating or hot water in November when it, an issue that legally must be addressed within 24 hours. Despite this, the agency only agreed to a partial reduction of the rent instead of the full week. Upon moving out, they also attempted to deduct £600 from my deposit for repainting walls that were already in poor condiiton. The response rate was so slow and they were avoiding my emails and calls re various issues in the flat for literal months.

We worked with this agent and deeply regret doing so. They insisted on taking the deposit from us immediately, and later claimed that the landlord had canceled. They promised to refund the deposit, but it has been over a month and we still haven’t received anything. Shakira was the person who handled our case, but once the deposit was paid, they completely ignored us. We believe we have been scammed, as all communication stopped after they took our money. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and we strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with them.
