We had a really lovely experience with Ria throughout the process of buying our home. From our first interaction, she was always so pleasant, polite and professional, and we really appreciated how helpful and approachable she was whenever we needed anything. Ria was also incredibly accommodating with any requests we had, including arranging additional viewings of the property when we wanted to take another look. She always made us feel comfortable asking questions and was happy to help wherever she could, which made the whole experience feel much easier and more enjoyable. We also found the wider team to be friendly. Every time we called the office, whoever answered the phone was always cheerful, polite and genuinely helpful which was a lovely touch throughout the process. We had a recent viewing with Precious at Felicity J. Lord. Precious responded quickly to all emails, arrived early to the viewing, was diligent, patient and clear during the viewing and followed up afterwards in a timeframe that was prompt, respectful and without pressure. Recently used Felicity J Lord Blackheath for selling my flat in Woolwich. They were great the whole time. I had asked around 5 or so estate agents to come and view the property and to discuss costs and how they would advertise and do viewings. Matthew from Felicity J Lord was the one on the day I was most impressed with, he showed me example photos and was the most transparent with the costs for selling shared ownership vs full price. The same day of asking Felicity J Lord to take on the sale a sign went up and arrangements were made for floor plan and photos to be done. The guy doing the photos and floor plan was great, very easy to talk to and was in and out in no time. The pictures also came back great even-though it was a rainy day you couldn’t tell on the photos; after some photo editing all included in the price agreed. For viewing it was easy, I gave them a key and they just let me know when viewers wanted to view. We’d agree a time and I’d leave the property so I didn’t have to interact with any viewers at any point. After getting a buyer Ria was my point of contact and was vital in getting things completed, my solicitor and the buyer’s solicitor were really slow and didn’t respond for long periods of time. But Ria chased up whenever I asked and could also reach out to the buyer directly for updates, this kept me sane while frustrated with the solicitors involved. Once things finally completed it was easy to arrange for the buyer to collect the keys from Felicity J Lord. Overall, every time I’ve called or emailed, whoever answered was always able to give me an update and seemed genuinely happy to help. I was very impressed with Felicity J Lord and have no complaints at all.

Exceptional friendly service received from both Ria and Precious at Felicity J Lord. Precious showed us 2 properties and was extremely knowledgeable about the buildings. She pointed out all the interesting features and made sensible suggestions on how one might use the different areas and I appreciated her honest opinion on the practical space. Whats more, I agreed with everything she said. It felt less like a business transaction and more like a friend showing us round. Ria had dealt with our original enquiry and then looked after subsequent follow up in a professional, friendly manner. All in all, they provided excellent service and I can't recommend them highly enough.
