I can appreciate how disappointing that must be, particularly when you are paying for a premium management service. I did just want to make you aware that this review has been posted on the Google profile for our Blackheath Standard branch, whereas the property management service you are referring to is handled by our Blackheath Village lettings team. We will certainly make the team at Blackheath Village aware of your comments so they can look into the issues you’ve raised and hopefully address them with you. If you are able to, I’d also be grateful if you could move the review to the Blackheath Village Google profile, as unfortunately the current review is attributed to the wrong branch and team. I hope the team are able to resolve things for you and get the service back to the standard you should expect.
