GoogleRia at the Blackheath branch was ever-professional throughout my entire dealings with FJL. The marketing materials are well done, the client pipeline was strong and consistent (normally very qualified buyers), and the offer we agreed on in the end was fair. Ultimately the deal took longer than it should have to complete, but Ria did everything she could have to try and speed things along. I would recommend Felicity J Lord (and Ria especially) to any local seller.
