GoogleIt's taken something like 3 - 4 weeks since the advert went live to get all the information & video tour up on the advert, which is unsatisfactory. Key information, like chain free, was missing initially from the advert. I did expect for me to get some sort of sign off before it went live. When I reached out to the team I found communications/calls went answered for days/weeks. I eventually posted a negative google review, which meant I finally received some attention. It feels like a key period during the advertising lifecycle was wasted.
