GoogleProbably the best agency in town. It is the second time we use their service for renting and the quality and professionalism are quite higher compared to other companies. I question whether CJ Hole letting agency staff have any experience or training in dealing with clients. My goodness how unprofessional can a member of staff be while discussing letting/tenancy issues! One can only conclude from my telephone conversation that I was being ridiculed which continued for one hour, becoming one of the most ridiculous conversations that I have ever heard. If this type of very strange behaviour happens on a regular basis I am amazed this company has any business at all.

GoogleCj hole has been great through the process of signing our new house so far, especially for me being a student who’s suffered with a few pretty bad letting agencies! Emma was very kind and quick to find a solution for me after I wasn’t able to come in for a right to rent check. She was quick to respond to all my questions and super friendly :) would definitely recommend to students !

GoogleCJ Hole have continued to provide us with an exceptional service over the years with our rental property. Our previous tenant decided to buy a property after renting from us for 6 years and, following a telephone call with Orrin, the property was re-advertised and he was straight in touch with potential tenants to arrange viewings. A new tenancy was agreed at full asking price within a few days. We are delighted with our new tenants and Orrin did an excellent job in securing this for us. We have found Orrin to be very professional and his knowledge of the local market, professionalism and determination to get on with the job is greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Orrin and the team to any landlord seeking a local lettings agent.
