Ti Tant was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process, from my initial enquiry to the viewing and securing the tenancy for August. He made everything smooth and stress-free. He responds immediately to any queries and deals with issues promptly. I have recently needed him to resolve a dispute between myself and my tenants. His diplomatic email resolved the issue so both parties were in agreement. Thank you Rafal. The rest of the team are equally supportive. I fully recommend using this letting agency.
