My partner and I recently went to view a house for sale that's being handled by CJ Hole and were met by Jaden Burton, a Sales Negotiator working for the estate agent. From start to finish Jaden was Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and able to provide us with some really helpful perspectives and insights on the questions that we had. We didn't feel rushed in the slightest and after the visit felt really well informed and left with a much better understanding of the property we had gone to see. 5 stars for Jaden, he was fantastic!

We had Ethan Borsten take us round for a number of viewings for rental properties over a 2 week period, each time he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the property he was showing us through. Having recently relocated from Australia, he calmed our worries about the rental market with his excellent communication, punctuality and approachability. He always gave us more suggestions for properties and it was evident that he takes pride in what he does! Cannot recommend him enough!! 10/10

Rafal has managed my flat for almost 18 months and has been a great help whenever I’ve had an issue. He was especially helpful and quick to help when I misplaced my keys. He went out of his way to help me far beyond what I was expecting. Top notch service!

It was great to do viewings with Ryan from CJ hole. I’ve been viewing quite a lot of flats recently in the Bristol area and some of the agents showing me around seem to know almost nothing about the properties and want you in and out in less than five minutes.Ryan was knowledgeable, open and made the viewing much more personal. Definitely the sort of estate agent I would put my trust in!

I didn’t have a great experience with…

I didn’t have a great experience with C.J Hole Estate Agents. Trying to get hold of someone was incredibly frustrating, calls often went unanswered and it felt impossible to speak to the right person. A few of the staff I dealt with came across as quite rude and dismissive, which I think came down to inexperience and a lack of professionalism. On one occasion when I called to chase something up, one of the male staff members was so rude he basically put the phone down on me. I was in the middle of asking a question and quickly turned to my mum to check something, he cut in and said, “Are we done here?” in such a dismissive way. It was honestly so rude. I was like "ok" and he just put the phone down. There was also a real lack of knowledge about the flat I bought. I was wrongly told the parking was communal when I actually had my own space, and I wasn’t informed that the garden belonged to flat two. These are pretty important details that a good estate agent should know and clearly communicate. The only person who stood out in a positive way was James Hogg, he was polite, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care. If the rest of the team had his attitude, my experience would’ve been very different.
